Cynthia Nunag~
Violin, Viola and Cello
Cynthia began playing the violin at age 5 and studied with Darcie Drexler at the String Academy of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance at the University of Madison, Wisconsin where she studied violin with Vartan Manoogian and viola with Sally Chisholm. Cynthia has performed with orchestras around the country such as the Madison Symphony and Chamber Orchestra, Santa Cruz, Napa Symphony and the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra.
In 2011, she earned her Masters of Arts in Education from Argosy University in Orange, CA. Cynthia has been teaching privately in Oceanside since 2009 and with Temecula Music Teacher since 2018. While living in Paris, France in 2002, she studied jazz violin with Didier Lockwood and currently performs classical, jazz, country fiddle and Celtic music around San Diego and Orange county.
Her teaching methods are Suzuki, while incorporating some of her own curriculum as well as jazz, folk, and fiddle. She is an upbeat and encouraging teacher, and her students leave with smiles each week.

Cynthia lives in Oceanside and is the proud mother of her two daughters, Lydie and Morgan.
