Recitals are twice a year at the Temecula Public Library. They are very laid back and casual. The repetoire performed is a mix of contemporary and classical music. We have ensembles of guitar, drums, voice, piano duets, preschool choirs, and much more! Students are not required to participate, but definitely encouraged. There is always plenty of room to invite all of your friends and family.
Recitals are professionally videoed and DVDs are available for purchase after each recital.
This is Megan playing Jingle Bells. We started a few months ago with a very challenging piece for the recital. After some frustration, and a lot of practice and great attitude, Megan nailed it this week!! Yeah Megan! Great job, I am really proud of you and can’t wait to hear you play it on Saturday!
Piano lessons start at the approximate age of 4. Our beginner students are reading music well within the first few months.
Voice Lessons also begin at age 5. Students are taught performance skills, and proper technique.
Guitar lessons start at age 5. The students are taught to read music and pick out melody lines at the beginning.
Drum Circle classes are 45 minutes of high energy ensemble playing, on a variety of hand drums from around the world.
